Bianca Inguscio

Dr. Bianca Maria Serena Inguscio, who graduated in Economics at the University of Florence and with a Master’s degree in Music, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Social Processes in 2015 and a Master's degree in Cognitive Neuroscience and Psychological Rehabilitation in 2017 with honors (110 cum laude) at  Sapienza University of Rome. She holds a Ph.D. in Clinical-Experimental Neuroscience and Psychiatry.

She conducts her research activity at BrainSigns, primarily in the field of Auditory Neuroscience, focusing her interest on the clinical application of technological protocols for the evaluation of neurophysiological correlates (Electroencephalography, Electrodermal Activity, Heart rate, Eye Tracking). Specifically, she actively contributes to the design, creation, and administration—on both clinical groups and control populations—of experimental protocols aimed at evaluating responses to auditory stimuli of various kinds (language, music, and non-verbal communicative stimuli) and the related cognitive functions (e.g., memory, attention).

She also conducts research in the field of Neuroaesthetics, investigating the relationship between perception and artistic representation (musical, visual, poetic), and contributes to the drafting and submission of national and international research projects.
